Good Shepherd Angleton LCMS

This week, Holy Week, there will be a Maundy Thursday service at 7:00pm.

On Good Friday, April 3rd service will begin at 7:00pm.

Sunday is Easter! There will be a sunrise service at 6:30am. Another service at 9:30am.

Easter breakfast will be served at 8:00am. If anyone would like to help with breakfast items or purchase lilies, please sign up in the church kitchen. All help will really be appreciated.

This is a wonderful time worship and remember what Jesus has done for us.

Today is Ash Wednesday and marks the beginning of the season of Lent. Service will be at 7PM tonight. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Don't forget about Fellowship Sunday next week! Everyone is invited to stay for lunch and games. Please RSVP to Lenore.

Merry Christmas! Unto us this day a child is born! to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving this week! We all have many reasons to be thankful. Also, a reminder that the Saturday after Thanksgiving we are looking for volunteers to help decorate the church for the Advent/Christmas season. Meet at the church at 9AM. As mentioned today in service, Orphan Grain Train is taking donations for Kerrville flood relief. Tomorrow is the last day. They are specifically asking for the following:

Bath towel
Washcloth
Toothbrushes
Toothpaste
Brush or Comb
Shampoo
Shower wash
Blankets
Deodorant
Mosquito spray
Diapers – infant and adult
Feminine Hygiene product
