The Love a Widow Foundation is all about Christians spending time with widows, widowers, and orphans.
As Christians, it is vital to share Christ’s love in tangible ways to restore their hope and
kindle a faith in our loving God. We also help the less fortunate with yard cleanup, and if possible home repair. We are simply here to lend a helping hand to those who are unable. James 1:27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
Looking forward to Tuesday, 18 February 2014. Headed back to help Habitat for Humanity of Southern Brazoria County here in Texas with that first house build of the year. And most important, sharing the good news. We're looking for more volunteers. :-)
Today, Love A Widow started a new project. We are helping Habitat for Humanity of Southern Brazoria County here in Texas with building a house. It's the first house of the year. It's so exciting sharing the gospel with people that's part of this build. May God bless you all.
"Love a Widow" is back at it. She's not a violator, just a sweet lady that loves to talk. I met her today (8 Feb 2013) while inspecting another property. She (Ms. Dillion) is 88 years of age and is recovering from back surgery. Like I said, her property is not in violation. It needs to be raked and barely cut.
We absolutely need the ladies in on this one. Share this if you all know of anyone who wants to volunteer.
