Thursday, March 7, 2024: Beef Tips, Rice and Corn.

Last week was a long one, sorry I didn't update. I will not be back in the kitchen until January 2024. I do have quite a few Doctors appointments this week and just decided it would make more sense to not offer Nightly Specials until January.
Merry Christmas Everyone! Thank you, thank you for your help in making Gina Renee's 14th year a successful one! I wouldn't be here without each of you!

I'm not sure at this moment for Nightly Specials this week just yet. I'm currently at Jennie Sealy with severe infection and kidney stones. I just arrived this morning, I just don't have a clue what today or the week holds.
