Duck club openings
Property located in Danbury and Dayton TX.
Over 40 different blind/ pond options with a max of 21 groups in the club. No dayhunts or guiding.
Club memberships include teal, dove, duck, goose, crane and fishing. We have weekly drawings to determine order in which blinds are picked.

Lease includes teal, duck, geese, dove and catch and release bass fishing.
Danbury Area
30 ponds, crawfish ponds varying in size. Over 15 planted with duck food.
700 acre farm next to Crawfish ponds, includes 2 8 acre ponds, 1 13 acre pond, 1 4 acre flooded field hole and a 21 acre bass fishing lake for catch and release fishing. This farm also has rice planted on it.
2 other Danbury locations as well, totaling over 1000 acres, with rice being on property as well. We'll have several locations with water on this property as well.
Dayton Farm
This farm is 2500 acres.
It has 2 reservoirs, 500 acres total of water. North reservoir is 330 acres and south is 170 acres.
We will also have 2 smaller pond locations on the property, one is 12 acres and the other is 7. There is 1000 acres of fields with 480 acres of it being planted in rice.
We will have 21 groups for the entire lease with no more than 4 per group. It will run $4800 PER GROUP, several groups are already sold! In order for me to hold your group spot we will need $1000 deposit. If you have any questions call me. 979.864.6942

Gauge working on reentries. He came to us with no idea of what water was much less how to swim. He has progressed nicely to say the least!

We have added a couple properties to the club mid season that has created an opening for another group to join our club at a pro rated rate.
Property located in Danbury and Blessing
Danbury Property
30 Crawfish Ponds that vary in size from 5 acres to 15 acres each
We also added the adjacent property of 698 acres to the club this year. This new property will offer us new locations for duck, dove and goose hunting along with catch and release bass fishing!
This property offers the following
2- 8 Acre Ponds
1- 13 Acre Pond
1- 21 Acre Reservoir
150 acres of Rice with the option to flood a hole, we will decide this as a club.
The 21 acre Reservoir is also stocked with bass. Catch and Release bass fishing is included during the offseason.
We have also added a new property to the club mid season.
15 acre DU project is our third property that has been added in Danbury.

Field acreage has been increased to over 1000 acres as well!!
1500 acres of fields that are either fallow or planted in row crops (milo, corn, cotton, soybeans, etc.) Fields will be open for Dove and Goose hunting.

**** ALLIGATOR HUNTS NOW AVAILABLE****
You won't find a better price on a Texas Gator!!Hunts are booking quick!! Season runs from September 10th through the 30th
We have 23 tags available this year and we already have our eyes on a couple good ones!
All hunts will be on private reservoirs for completely wild gators! We will be using an air boat on a couple of the reservoirs and this will be included in the price! Gators will be caught by hook and line. You can go out to help set the lines or we can do it for you. All gators caught in past years were 7'6" plus with the biggest being 12'!!!
Gators up to 9'11" are $800
Gators 10' and over will be $1200
Spots will be limited so get in while you can and let us help you catch a Texas Lizard!

We need to add 3 groups with no more than 4 hunters per group. It will run $4750 PER GROUP. Club was full but we added new properties. A group deposit of $1000 will hold your spot. We will set up a payment schedule for remaining dues. We do a random weekly draw that will decide the order we pick in. This draw is done on a weekly basis. You may pick any property any given week. We, as a club, will split costs for the spraying of the reservoirs, any tractor work done and any seed we purchase to plant. Our first water fill is included in the price in Blessing. We have not needed additional water in the past years but it is available if we need it. Water for Danbury for the year is already included in price.
