Cook by color. Kale is not meant to be eaten raw. It’s bitter and needs heat to break down the outer cell wall for anyone to absorb the nutrients. Make sure you drain that water after steaming to discard the phytic acid, rinse and now you are ready to add it to a recipe

When I get pictures like this from my clients, my heart swells. I know that what we talk about is sinking in as they try new concepts and new food combinations. I looove seeing my clients get results they want. Results look like Feeling better, less bloating, less inflammation, weight loss, better sleep, less stress around food, more regulation. I LOVE MY JOB

Cooking class success! We air fried the rainbow of veggies, plus some chicken wings! I love all the participation that helped make it an educational and yummy experience! Couldn’t have done it without my “sous chef”, Donald Barnett, feeding 20 people in 1.5 hours is no small feat!
