This office conducts all elections for Brazoria County in accordance with the Texas Election Code and the Office of the Secretary of State.
Today is the Day! The Primary Runoff Election is underway until 7PM. Come out and cast your vote. Everyone has something to vote on. VOTING BY MAIL
We are now accepting mail ballot applications from eligible voters. Please submit on time. Call the Brazoria County Clerk's office at 979-864-1662 if you would like one mailed to you. NOTE: Our mailing address has changed. Please make sure to send them to:

Hello Brazoria County Voters! Early voting is underway for the following: the Constitutional Amendment, the Angleton ISD Bond Election, the City of Hillcrest Special Election, and the Special Election for the City of Freeport. Come out to vote- Polling locations are open Thursday, October 30, and Friday, October 31, from 7 am to 7 pm.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 4, 2025 (7 am-7pm)
