The photo on the left was three years ago, the photo on the right was this past weekend. I made what will probably be my last order for a while but the cool this is it was for the same sweet costumer. ☺️
Not only have I started a new career path/full time job but the kids are getting busier… and prices for goods continue to rise. 3 years ago I could earn a pretty solid pay check selling my cookies… fast forward to today where prices have almost tripled and sadly the work and effort isn’t worth it.
I understand why businesses fail, especially in this economy. It’s sad, but I appreciate every costumer all along the way. 🍪🍪🍪

These are gluten free with sugar free chocolate glaze. They’re a 6/10. I plan to keep working on baked donut recipes and soon, add them to the menu! 🍩👩🏼‍🍳🖤

I began Sweet Therapy RIGHT before covid. When Covid hit, the butter I use from Costco was $6.99. It would fluctuate between over the years from $6.99 to $8.99. Gas was also $1.99 when I began delivering cookies door-to-door. Today, we are at $13.99 for butter and $3.63 for gas. So if you question why small businesses and home bakers are continually raising their prices, this is why. It’s sad and we don’t like it, but it’s necessary.
