Have you had one of our kolaches for breakfast? Pretty tasty!! But did you know that Caldwell, TX is the official Kolache Capital of Texas!

Kolaches are a great way to start the day...carbohydrates for energy and protein for muscles. Not to mention that they are filling and keep you full until lunch!

Ever heard of the 1015 Onion?

Created in Texas, the Texas 1015Y Super Sweet Onion is named for its planting window of mid-October (10/15).

It is known for its mild, sweet flavor, and thin skin, which makes it suitable for raw applications like salads, ceviche, and salsas, but it also works well for grilling and barbecuing. This onion is a popular cool-season crop, particularly in Texas, and can grow to be quite large.
