Before and after pond clean up/out we just wrapped up. We removed about 40 yards of dirt and brought the slopes back to life!

Property regrade around an existing pond that would hold water. Runoff was redirected towards pond and overflow towards the fence line to natural drainage. As always give us a call for all your land and demolition needs.

Another loooong driveway wrapped up! Thanks Seth for letting us take care of your driveway. We Extended the entrance of the driveway to accommodate a dumpster and garbage truck, added culverts for drainage, and top the road with rock. As always give me a call for all your land needs!

Added 550 tons of crushed concrete to the top of this parking area, regraded to drain properly, compacted rock to a smooth finish, and set connex boxes for customer storage. Thanks dirty south land works for trusting us to get your project right!

One acre cleared and pad for shop. Rain pushed us off this project several times but we got it done! Now time for the barn to go up.

Haven’t posted in a while, we have been staying busy. Here’s a one acre clear and pad build for a shop in Sweeny we are currently working on. As always gives us a shout for any land development needs!
Took over this job, previous contractor walked away and left them high and dry. We repaired 2 pads that were too small and resloped property to properly drain away. We also added 1400’ of elevated driveway and 2 parking areas. Thanks for trusting us Mr. Coung!

300’ Elevated road installed, compacted, covered with geomat, and getting topped with crushed concrete. Big jerm, the best skid operator this side of the rio grande, making short work of it!

Mobile home pad with concrete runners. Mobile home installer said the pad size and runners were dead on the measurements!
