✅We recommended going with a larger wash stone that will hold in place better and letting us re-do the landscape fabric.

🪨We removed the original rock & plastic, installed new woven fabric that was staked down with 6" stakes & added 2 yards of wash stone approx 3" deep.

🔄We also re-routed a downspout that was running into the neighbors yard.
