Seth and I are big outdoors guys, so we’re kicking off Walk & Talk with Seth—a relaxed community ruck/walk to get moving, breathe some fresh air, and actually hang.

📍Where: Meet at Park-Depot Greenway Trail parking lot in Fuquay, we’ll head out together!
🎒Ruck: Totally optional—toss a little weight in if you want. We’ve got weights if you’re not sure what to pack.
