We pride ourselves on individualized chiropractic care at an affordable price in Angier, NC. We pride ourselves on individualized care. That's OK.

We know that each person is different and that a cookie-cutter approach to care is not what works best. That's why our care is tailored to each individual patient. We want them to get the best possible results. That's also why we offer mobile chiropractic services. We know that some people really want to visit the chiropractor but they are just too busy to come to us. We can come to you. Our goal

I love the relationships that I’ve formed and grown, watered and tended to over the years. Between constantly trolling Foundations Health & Wellness Chiropractic on his own page, and the back and forth bantering with a local PT and hiding his gear bag when he leaves it unattended for any length of time.

Romin is much better at being a PT than he is at barricading doors and being minimally inconvenient, so if you’re in the market for a PT, he’s my go to guy.

I believe Move Chiropractic turns 5 years old this year, at some point. Honestly, the last 5 years have been a whirlwind.

A lot has changed since the beginning. I started mobile. Then I worked out of what was essentially a closet and shared kid’s space inside a gym. Patients literally stepped over a baby gate, heard goldfish crackers crunching under their feet, and came in while plastic hung from the ceiling and drywall dust covered everything during renovations.

From there, I moved into a larger room on the side of the gym. Eventually, I moved into the office space I have today, a professional space completely separate from the gym (minus the music).

Looking back now, I laugh when I think about where I started.

But through all of those changes, one thing never changed.

People came because of the quality of care they received and they felt better. They were willing to look past the small rooms, construction projects, and growing pains because results mattered more than appearances.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve refused to compromise on the quality of care I provide. Whether I was cash-only or insurance-based, whether I was working out of a tiny room or a dedicated office, my commitment has remained the same. I refuse to prioritize quantity over quality.

I never built Move Chiropractic around seeing the highest volume of patients possible. I built it around helping people get better.

Five years later, that mission hasn’t changed.

I’m incredibly grateful for the trust this community has placed in me. Thank you for allowing me to serve you, your families, and your friends. Your support is the reason I’ve been able to continue doing what I love for the last five years.

I know there are still quite a few of you that remember my mobile days, and the shared space with the kid’s closet. If I had pictures of it, I’m not sure that I would even share them 😂.

I’ve just hit a new milestone for practice. My first rug replacement (honestly probably could have been done a year ago, but 🤷‍♂️). They get old so fast!

A fresh new rug, with the same great care!

“What can I do to have less back pain?”

A question that chiropractors get everyday. I attached a recent cohort study(if you want to geek out on it) but I’ll summarize two very simple, but important findings.

Better sleep and increased physical activity were two of the most noted modifiable factors that directly affected lower back pain across all age groups of the over 13,000 participants.

So to at least provide some kind of answer to that question…make sure you’re getting good sleep, and make sure you don’t slack on the physical activity (brisk walking counts)!

With the end of the school year rapidly approaching, I am anticipating a shift in summer hours. It may actually be beneficial to some, and hopefully not too detrimental to most. I wanted everyone to have enough of a notice that it does not come as a surprise. I am doing my very best to keep the high demand hours available and even expanded, but there will be quite a few hours that become unavailable as well.

Things may shift slightly depending on demand, but I anticipate something close to this.

Effective starting the last week of May:

Monday & Wednesday: 7am-2
Tuesday & Thursday: 2pm-6:30 (or 7)
Friday: 8am-1

My sincerest apologies to everybody the last several days. I appreciate all of you being so understanding and flexible with rescheduling late last week and into this week. I’m hopeful that after tomorrow, things be back to normal.

It’s not often I have to reschedule due to my availability, but I truly am grateful that everyone has been so understanding and flexible (no pun intended).

*updated*
I’m realizing how vague this post sounded. Everything is okay, I promise 🙂. Just a vehicle repair that I’ve been told, “ it’ll be finished tomorrow”, since Friday.

I had a new patient today, tell me that he didn’t know I was even here!

It’s been awhile since I’ve heard that. If you’ve had a good experience here, and would be willing to share, it would mean the world to me. It will also continue to help people find me, that may not realize I exist in Angier.

Google reviews are an enormous part of helping small businesses stay relevant in the ever changing landscape of Google. I encourage you to leave as many reviews as you possibly can for all the small businesses you visit. It’s free, it only takes a minute, and it provides more support that you know.

Move Chiropractic - Angier Chiropractor would love your feedback. Post a review to our profile.

It finally happened. I know I’m not then only one who has been watching this thing, wondering how on earth it was still hanging on…but the time has come.
