We want to say and huge and grateful thank you to the people who have been there for us and made a difference in our lives through our 5 year journey. There are so many more people to thank than what are in these pictures. It was just not a business to us, but our home away from home. A huge shout out to the owners of our building who have shown so much love and compassion. Yall, it's not the end, it's a new beginning to continue to do great things. To the next chapter.

On the menu this morning peach pineapple lemonade(PPLP) power smoothie! Energizing, delicious, there's also a pina-colada version! Did you know the ENERGY can be HOT?! It's delicious folks!

Alright let's talk about it. Why did we switch from Herbalife? We'll, me personally, I'm tired of unknowns, I have no idea hardly any ingredients in the shakes. Secondly I don't like the "Don't ask questions, just sell."
This smoothie has 6 ingredients: Banana, blueberries, apple juice, honey, granola, and H2O. Period.
These ingredients are good for: Bone health, digestive health, energy, pottassium,weight management, AntiOxidants, protein, brain function, anti-inflammatory, blood sugar regulation, etc.
By the way, it's delicious. Natural. God's gift. There's your answer.
