A much needed electronics upgrade on the gorgeous 2004 Les Paul STD. After upgrading and a setup it played and sounded amazing!!

One of my top customers asked if he could come to my shop on Fridays to build a kit resonator guitar under my guidance and helping with the finishing. I had him do EVERYTHING including the inlay work with the exception of final finish and setup. Turned out amazing and he’s out gigging with it!

This is an extremely accurate replica of a Gibson Les Paul Jr.
Client stated it was unplayable because it fretted out within the first few frets. Found there was a hump in the neck at the fretboard side. Removed fretboard and located the hump, file and sand level, reglue the nice ebony fretboard, new frets and it played beautifully. Both him and I were talking about the “not so desirable” sparkling finish. So he decided he wanted me to refinish it to a “white burst”. Following pics show some before and after!

Custom build for a client who always wanted Fender to produce this exact design so assigned me to the task!!

Based on the shape of his white guitar but with some modifications.

Upper bout horn redesigned, with no belly or arm contour, double bound, Gibson style bridge and stop tail, Fender double tap humbucker with Jazz Bass style controls. 2 volumes to blend and a Fender TBX tone pot, no selector switch.

My daughter wanted a Harry Styles “galaxy” guitar for her “Harry Styles” wall. So, for her Christmas or birthday or both present I told her I would attempt to create a replica of it. I found a good picture of it to use for reference, obtained a donor guitar from a awesome customer of mine and the following pictures are how I went about it! Black lacquer and acrylic paints/airbrush and regular paint brushes! First pic is the actual guitar pic I used to create a perfect as I could replica! Hope you enjoy the pics!
