A huge thank you to Teresa Murtagh and for hosting such a wonderful flower arranging workshop for our Bancroft community. Parents enjoyed a relaxing night out, learning floral design tips, with live music courtesy of some very talented Doherty students, and leaving with gorgeous arrangements to brighten their homes. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a success!
Next up, the Spring Fun Run & Ice Cream Social! Students raced through obstacle courses, dodged parents with pool noodles, crawled through tunnels, tested their aim, and cheered on their classmates every step of the way. After working up an appetite, everyone cooled off with delicious ice cream sundaes and some much-needed water fun to beat the heat! A huge thank you to all of our volunteers, families, and staff who helped make this event such a memorable afternoon.
We’re behind on our posts, so today we catch up … first up, Maker’s Night returned in mid-May with some excellent challenges!

Sign ups for this week's Fun Run close tomorrow (tinyurl.com/bydb6cvp), don't miss out! 5:30 - 7pm on Friday at Bancroft, we'll have obstacles, races, ice cream and more, rain or shine. Students can come in their class colors (see below). We look forward to seeing everyone at our last big event of the year!

Rain suddenly giving you a free night? Need to get out of the house before cabin fever sets in? We’ve got the perfect solution! Join us at Bancroft for our evening Parent Shopping Night at the Book Fair from 6:00–7:30 PM (we can be found in a first grade classroom). While you’re here, be sure to stop by the cafeteria and check out Maker’s Night, too! 📚

Don't miss out on Clown Town this weekend!! 70 years in the making, this is one tradition you don't want to miss out on. Andona supports Bancroft (helping finance Ball in the House in past years, furniture for alternate seating and support for arts) and other schools & programs throughout the town, so you're supporting us by supporting them! Plus it's loads of fun ☺️🤡.

Maker’s Night is BACK! Join us this Thursday, May 14 from 6:00–7:30 PM for a hands-on family night packed with fast-paced STEM and art challenges like straw rockets, paper airplanes, penny boats, mystery engineering builds, and more!
