Suns out. Vehicles are rolling in and Lone Star Throwdown 2026 is in full swing. The ram is parked in the Acrophobia camp, so stop by and check it out.

Things are coming together nicely on the ram, front and rear suspension are in, air management and fuel cell are all that’s left and we’re ready for , hitting the road Wednesday and the Ram will be parked with Acrophobia for the weekend. Swing by and check it out if you are there.

crunch is getting real now. 11 days to go before we leave. Today the ram bed is finished and ready for reinstall. It’s been over body dropped 7.5”, new bulkhead with logo, the floor and bed sides have been heavily modified and the factory tubs were reshaped and widened. I body worked the whole inside of the bed and then had Armorthane lay down a nice tight spray in bed liner. It looks amazing in my opinion! I wanted a stock look even with all the heavy modifications and I think I nailed it. What say you?

Take some measurements, draw it up, cut it , weld a couple tabs and bam fresh bed supports.

Powdercoat is back from and the ram is ready to go back together. Also had the stock manifolds zycoated while they were out. This is my favorite part of a build as parts go back together for the final time.

I have to give credit. The quality and consistency of the fit up on there parts never disappoints. Got the rollpan on the ram welded on and ready for body and paint tomorrow.

2025 was a solid year in the shop. It’s fun to look back at all the projects, the shows, the fun. Here’s a little collage of some of the work from January 1st to December 31. Excited to do it all over again for 2026. Thanks for all support!!

Drew up some 2 piece bag mounts for the Lowyeti Ram. Cut them on the plasma table and here we are. I needed to slightly recess the upper bag mount so a 2 piece mount was the perfect solution. A little welding and it’s ready to blow apart for paint and powdercoating.
