We trust our systems—until a hidden flaw shatters that trust overnight. One small, silent error can bring down even the most trusted platforms.
Most leaders wait for disaster before they see the real risks. Patching is a bandaid. The real threat is what’s still lurking unseen.
This won’t be the last invisible bug to disrupt the status quo. The hard truth? True security means knowing your system’s weak spots before they become headlines.

It’s easy to think security is taken care of, but real protection takes time, effort, and the right resources.
As a leader, are you confident you have what you need to spot problems before they find you?

We're defining cyber resilience too narrowly.
While ransomware receives most of the attention, recent outages at AWS, Azure, and Cloudflare prove disruptions don't require villains—just broken intermediary services between users and data.
Bad actors don't need to breach data centers; all they have to do is disable authentication.
It's time to broaden our definition beyond just ransomware remediation. Read more:

In the rapidly advancing era of AI, a stagnant data strategy is a significant liability; businesses must move beyond simple collection to ensure their data is clean, integrated, and actionable.
Modernizing your data infrastructure is the only way to break down silos that cripple decision-making and create the security gaps today's hackers are eager to exploit.
By evolving your approach, you can transform raw information into a powerful competitive advantage while maintaining the strict governance required for modern regulatory compliance.
Building a resilient, data-driven foundation is an essential step for any organization looking to scale safely in 2026.

While technology blocks many threats, the human factor is the top target for cybercriminals.
Social engineering uses psychological tactics, where attackers “hack” human behavior instead of systems.
For small businesses, a single mistaken click can cause substantial financial damage. Combining technical safeguards like MFA with regular team awareness training is the best way to protect your data and reputation.

The University of Phoenix recently confirmed a massive data breach affecting nearly 3.5 million people after hackers targeted its Oracle enterprise software.
This incident was part of a broader campaign by the Cl0p ransomware group, which exploited zero-day vulnerabilities to hit over 100 organizations. The investigation shows that sensitive data, including Social Security numbers and bank details, was stolen between August 13 and 22, 2025.
While other universities were also compromised, no data from this specific breach has been leaked online yet.

OpenAI warns its next-generation AI models could pose a "high" cybersecurity risk as capabilities accelerate.
Extended autonomous operation makes brute force attacks more feasible, though defenses remain effective in monitored environments.
The company is ramping up industry collaboration and forming a Frontier Risk Council to address threats.
Staying ahead of AI-driven vulnerabilities is now a critical priority.
