This season is not short of challenges, mostly all the snow!

And so it begins again…. the bags are out.

Already planning for next season! Ordered a new filtering and bottling system today. Looking forward to easier bottling and clearer syrup for future orders!

Finished labeling this years batch. The weather was against me, so it was definitely a smaller year than I have had in the past, but I’m loving the new bottles and labels.

Finished up the 2025 season yesterday, as the temps are warm in Northern Massachusetts and the buds are coming out on the trees. It was a strange season with bitter cold and a late start, so production was down quite a bit. Stay tuned for pictures of the new limited edition bottles for 2025!

Much nicer day to boil outside today!
