One of the most common questions I hear is:
“Should I use ice or heat for this?”
❄️ Ice - recent injury, swelling, flare-ups
🔥 Heat - tightness, stiffness, chronic pain
Both can help with symptoms - but if pain keeps returning, there’s usually more going on than just inflammation or tight muscles.
