This backyard was always saturated, even in a drought. The existing elevation made regrading impossible, so stabilizeing it was the alternative. To achieve this, a significant amount of large stone was added to bind the muddy base. Landscaping was then finished above it, and the natural driveway was raised to prevent water from flowing into the homes foundation. End result, the backyard became suitable for outdoor activities and everday use. This project was completed with the necessary approval from the conservation board and all required permitting.

Here is another example of large equipment being needed for stump removal. Stumps were pulled rather than grinded to achieve the desired finish grade.

Demolition and removal of a deteriorating front entry. Replaced with elegant granite steps. As well as the removal of an outdated concrete walkway, replaced with pavers. Pavers used: Techo Bloc- Blu 60
