I’m trying to branch out. I normally do more Italian/ Mediterranean type recipes.

I’ll take any other ethnic recipes, too.

I’ve been busy today!

I baked a breakfast casserole for the week, diced 8 onions for the freezer, peeled, diced & blanched 3 pounds of potatoes for the freezer, baked a dozen blueberry muffins, simmered a pot of chicken stock all day then canned it for my canning cabinet, separated five pounds of chicken breast into portion controlled freezer bags, did laundry THEN cooked dinner and fed Fancy Rae Baker so she’ll be ready to bake some sourdough tomorrow.

I’m exhausted but I feel accomplished!I love days spent in the kitchen.

Today I’ve gotten a few things for my flower garden and have some chicken and filtered water in the canner. Peep the surprise from my big sister. 🥹 She always knows when I need a little morale boost.
