Founded by Margaret Herron in 1982, Good Neighbor Cupboard is a 501C-3 with a mission of no individual or family in our community goes hungry.
Eligible people can pick up food once every 4 weeks. Our hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9-12 PM.
What a huge blessing from our neighbors around Anderson County and the Anderson Post Office with their “Stamp Out Hunger” food drive. We received over 3,800 pounds of food. Thank you for your generosity!

Thank you Anderson County neighbors and Anderson Post Office for your generosity on Saturday with the “Stamp Out Hunger” food drive. We received almost 4,000 pounds of food. We are blessed! Thank you to our very own “A Team” of volunteers who began organizing and sorting all of the donated foods. We are thankful for everything and everyone! Many blessings!

PLEASE help us out at the Cupboard this weekend(Saturday, May 9th) by putting out some non perishable food by or in your mailbox & your postal worker will do the rest! Part of the proceeds will be given to the Cupboard to help fill our empty shelves!! Thanks for your help!!!🍎🌽
