Rant/ Buyer beware. Just spent 30k with Corley Plumbing Air Electric and paying monthly for priority membership. I put in a service request for them last week. I was told they could move me up on a "bump" up list. Even though I a paying for a monthly fee for priority response time. Also, being the 4th of July weekend I expected no one would be out from Thurs to Monday. They booked me for Tuesday with no one reaching out until the afternoon to let me know they bumped me down due to other emergency customers. My house is at 80 degrees. I wanted to know how they determined customers who are priority vs those paying premium service. They said possibly could be out Friday. I explained that this seemed like a resourcing problem or staffing problem they told me no that was not it. It was due to a heat wave. Which still is a staffing problem I told the "customer advocate" I went with them due to commercial and notoriety in marketing. Also, did not mind paying a premium for service due to being screwed over by several smaller operations locally. Well, I should have gone to BBB reviews first. My rant is a lesson learned for people not to get suckered like I did. I did get someone to come out today from another local smaller company and they will be back out with a part and fix it tomorrow. Just because they have flashy commercials doesn't mean they are legit. In this case, they audit your house hit you with high-dollar jobs charge a monthly premium for priority service calls, and then put you at the bottom of the list with higher-paying jobs being the priority. Added just one BBB review from last year showing the same problem. Wish there were some legit service industries in this area that won't try and screw you over for house repairs from plumbing, HVAC and Electric.
