First Flight began with a simple challenge; to inspire ordinary people to do the impossible, complete their first 5K. Our team quickly grew from 7 to 67 original members, sharing their struggles, accomplishments, and words of encouragement. Because of our team and their devotion to become stronger and healthier this has inspired the creation of First Flight, yourfirstflight.org, and Resolution Run
