Home Made Easy breads, muffins and cakes Whole wheat breads and muffins. This ensures that all the oils and vitamins are still in the wheat.

In order to bake products that are nutritious and delicious I grind the wheat kernels just minutes before mixing. As a result, my breads are flavorful and soft. To the freshly milled wheat I add only non-processed ingredients that are purchased locally as much as possible. The muffins are sweetened with fruit, honey and/or sucanat. In addition, I bake a Cream Cheese Pound Cake that is always a hit.
