Weekend worship, give this song a listen, let it speak to your heart. Determine to be more like Jesus and less like you. Pray for for your pastor and church staff today. Rest on satires and worship like you never have before on Sunday!
John 3:30

Be a friend to someone who is having a hard time today. You never know what a simple smile, joke, text, or conversation can do. You may be the prescription their heart needs today.

A little late today due to getting prepared to go back to Sc.
1 Peter 4:8 KJV
And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
This weeks challenge.
Think of someone who has disappointed, frustrated, or hurt you.
• Pray for them every day this week.
• Refuse to speak negatively about them.
• Ask God to help you forgive.
• Show kindness if given the opportunity.
Charity doesn't ignore wrong-it chooses Christlike

This weeks weekend worship song is He won’t leave you there by the Dixons.
I heard this song first when I was going through a pretty low valley. I am happy to say that yes it gets rough at times, but Jesus has never once left me!
“Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”
Deuteronomy 31:6 KJV

This morning, as I wait to board a flight to San Antonio, Texas, I’m reminded that our steps are ordered by the Lord.
There have already been setbacks and delays with the flights, but God reminded me not to get frustrated — just trust Him and let HIM guide my steps.
If you see this today: do right, be kind, and don’t stress so much about things outside your control.
Christian, your steps are ordered by the Lord — by the Creator of it all.

New Mercy Monday!
CHALLENGE
Before you do anything else today - or, if you've already started your day and stumbled upon this, stop what you're doing if you can - ask yourself:
• Do I have an actual need?
• Have I sought God and His kingdom first?
• Have I put my faith and trust in Him?
Meditate on this, and thank God for all that He has already done before.

DO NOT READ! Unless you want a blessing!
First off this week had been phenomenal!!! family, friends, making new friends, extra cash… so good!!
If I told you, you probably wouldn’t believe me… but I’m going to tell it anyway, because you don’t have to.
I was not intending to do Lyft tonight. I had just made a trip to Dollar Tree to buy toenail clippers 😅 and got curious enough to turn the app on. Immediately, an almost $50 ride popped up heading to Greenville. I accepted it because I figured Greenville would be fairly busy, and I had a full tank of gas.
The Holy Spirit was in that car long before I was, because that Jeep Grand Cherokee was feeling like church tonight.
My first ride was a young lady who openly admitted she has an active addiction problem. The whole way to Greenville, we talked about the Lord and His goodness — how He can take that addiction from her and help her get free.
Before she got out of the car, she asked Jesus to save her!!! 🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️
Had a few rides in between with great conversations and Gospel seeds planted.
My last ride of the evening was even more interesting. I won’t go into detail for several reasons, but I am FLOORED at what God can do if we’ll just knock off some of our pride and anxiety long enough to follow Him.
I know I’ve just started New Mercy Ministries… but I’m almost tempted to change it to “Highways and Hedges.” 😂
Please pray for my two new friends. Also pray for me, that I’ll continue to have a tender heart and stay sensitive to the Lord’s voice. In the coming days, I’m sure the adversary will be peeking his head up, and I’ll need protection, provision, and power.
Until then, I say BLESS the Lord!

So I’ve figured out what to do on the weekends to keep things going — “Weekend Worship!”
“New Mercy Mondays” will be used to challenge those who read, watch, or listen to accept a challenge and strive to live it out throughout the week. “Midweek Mercy” will land right in the middle of the week to encourage those who see it to just keep going.
“Weekend Worship” will be a time to stop, listen to the song that’s posted, and reflect on God’s mercy, goodness, grace, provision, and faithfulness.
This week, I chose “Anything Less”Carr Family Ministries by the Carr family I may be a little partial because they are some of my closest and dearest friends, but I can say with complete confidence that they are the real deal. I’ve had the privilege of watching them faithfully live what they sing and preach.
Give this song a listen, and testify in the comments about what God has done for you.
Take some time to rest on Saturday, go to church on Sunday, and worship more than you ever have before — because Jesus is worthy of nothing less.

Midweek Mercy
“Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”
Proverbs 29:18 (KJV)
As I was making a list of goals last night before going to bed and spending time talking with the Lord, I began thanking Him for the opportunities He has given me recently—not only to share the Gospel, but to lead a precious soul to Christ.
This verse stood out to me because, as believers, it is very easy to set our eyes on many different things. The fact is, most of the things we focus on will not matter in the grand scheme of eternity.
If we as Christians do not have a vision for lost souls, hurting souls, and discouraged souls, then who will? And what will happen? According to this verse, the people will perish.
There is no question that life is difficult right now. Everywhere we look, we see people struggling, searching, and perishing without hope. That is why it is so important for each of us to discover and use the gifts God has given us.
God has given some the gift of evangelism—that is mine. Others have been gifted to teach, to give, to show mercy, to discern, to administer, and many other things. The way God leads me may be completely different from the way He leads you. In fact, some of the things God has called me to do may make you think I’m absolutely crazy! But I am simply operating in the gifting God has given me.
You should do the same.
Find out how God can use you most effectively for His Kingdom. Discover how you can make a difference in someone’s life. Look for opportunities to encourage others, point them to Christ, and share the hope that is found in Him alone.
I hope this has been a blessing and an encouragement to you today.
Have a wonderful rest of your week!
