We did a thing today. Dean Ventures bought our second home to renovate and rent. We are so excited to continue to serve Madison County by “Providing a Better Living Opportunity”.

Here’s what we’ve been up to. Renovating continues. We’re hoping to have this rent ready the first of March!

We’ve been cleaning ni****ne & tar off walls and ceilings this week. Saturday: more cleaning and tearing up 4 layers of peel & stick flooring in the kitchen.
