Felt good to get in the gym for a workout and learn some pressure point techniques to relieve hip pain I was suffering from most of last week! has the best trainers, big Shout-out to for sharing with me what to do! There was a time I would wake up with my back and my body locked up, worried I'd never feel better again! Popping muscle relaxers, Ibuprofen, and laying around only makes things worse! Eating better, being active, practicing what you've learned, and getting back on track, This Is The Way!
