We are Forx Farm, a cheese producing farm. We make Parmesan, Gruyere, Brie, Cultured Butter, and a variety of Goudas. We are in Anderson SC.
We are open for wholesale as well as retail.

Our new butter churn in here but they forgot or missed some parts in the assembly, so ... we'll get it working by next week. They are taking care of us.

We are making Cheese Curds today! If you know, you know.
We have also started making Pimento cheese. Get it this Saturday at one of the following farmers markets.
Ron and Tammy will be at Saturday Market. Downtown Greenville.
Don will be at Travelers Rest Farmers Market.
Dani will be at Simpsonville Farmer's Market.

Making more Cheese this week. Smoked Gouda today, about 280 pounds of it!
