I love that I can be out in the mountains. I stopped lying the stream. I'm just enjoying it. Mason is just busy. He's got to explore every aspect. That's what I want my recovery to be.

This life! Such a gift. I can't even imagine, anymore, how lost and disconnected I was prior to being in the healing process.

What a bunch of gratitude I feel right now.

If you're wondering, just go outside. Find someplace like this amazing lake and watch swans. I think about a time in my life when I was so distracted that I didn't take the time to do this. What a gift!

Big, big breath. Sit with me for just a few seconds here. Let this waterfall cleanse your soul. It worked for me!

Alaska just doesn't disappoint. Gives me there's amazing places to sit, or reflect, center, heel.

This boy is a trip. No matter where I look he's looking at me. It doesn't matter we're out on a hike, I'm going to the bathroom, I'm in the middle of a workout, he's got an eye on me making sure that I'm doing it right.

Honestly, I think he's waiting till I get done so we can either eat or play.

I love recovery. I get to have all this and know it.
