This winter has been one for the books, and the snow just keeps coming! Since the first snowflake fell the Highmark Services snow fighters have been battling the blizzards and keeping driveways clear.

Meet Abby, an indispensable member of Highmark Services, actively contributing to the team's success over the past two years. As a vital asset, Abby holds the distinction of being one of the two Commercial Drivers License (CDL) holders, showcasing her expertise in managing both our water truck and dump truck.

Notably, Abby's proficiency in driving a manual transmission adds an extra layer of capability to her role. However, her responsibilities go beyond conventional driving. In addition to operating trucks, she handles various pieces of heavy equipment, playing a crucial role in snow service operations. Her versatility and hands-on experience make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Abby's dedication and skill set truly exemplify the standard of professionalism and expertise within Highmark Services.

Outside of the office, Abby channels her creativity into crafting 5-star meals for her family, indulging in the latest novels, camping/adventuring, and spending quality time with her family and dogs, Sadie and Daisy

Meet Dylan: Dylan has been a stellar addition to the Highmark team since 2022. He has spent a significant amount of time operating our tractors and working on our summer crew. What truly lights up Dylan's workday is the camaraderie he shares with his colleagues, in particular his favorite coworker, Jedi.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys the great outdoors with a passion for hiking, powerlifting, and fishing. However, his heart lies in quality time spent with his family and his girlfriend. Dylan's consistency and dedication make him an invaluable part of the Highmark family, and we're excited for the adventures ahead! 🚜
