S’praznikom on the feast of All Saints! This morning during Divine Liturgy His Eminence, Archbishop Alexei awarded Father Thomas Rivas with the Nabedrennik. Vladyka spoke on how the Nabedrenik symbolizes the cloth that Christ used to wipe the feet of the holy disciples; symbolizing a priest’s calling to sacrifice and service. Axios! Axios! Axios!
Following liturgy the annual parish meeting was held along with parish council elections.

June Calendar:

As you can see, our summer schedule is a little lighter than other times of the year, but there is still a lot going on!
Highlights for June:
1. Day of the Holy Spirit Liturgy will be on Monday, June 1st at 8:00 AM. Funeral for Robert Nick is at 12:00 PM
2. Following Divine Liturgy on June 7th, we will have our annual Parish Assembly. If you are interested in running for the parish council, please let Father Thomas know as soon as possible.
3. June 8th begins the Apostles' Fast.
4. Dr. David Ford from Saint Tikhon Seminary will be offering a group session/presentation on Saint John Chrysostom and some of his holy and practical wisdom for life and the family. The event begins at 6 PM on June 12.
5. Divine services for the glorification of Saint Olga will be on June 18 at 6pm and June 19 at 8:00 AM.
6. On Sunday, June 21, we will do the blessing of the head-
coverings. Please plan on bringing your head-coverings and those of your family so they may be blessed!
7. June 26 is an All-night vigil with divine liturgy. If you intend to have holy communion, please begin fasting at 6pm.
