We're looking for a part-time leasing assistant for a 30-unit property located in the Jewel Lake area. Duties include marketing, showings, move-ins and move-outs as well as helping me with the paperwork and other tenant-related affairs.

Flexible schedule, 10-20 hours/week with some work from home and 3-4 hours at the office.

Must be willing to show units and correspond with prospective and current tenants. Prior leasing experience is a plus.
