This week has been a blur. 🤍 Recovery has been physically, mentally, and emotionally humbling so far.

It’s frustrating when your body forces you to slow down. Taking it easy and asking for help are not my forte. But I’m doing my best to listen to my body, rest, accept help, and trust that healing is happening… even when it doesn’t look productive.

If you’re in a season of recovery, waiting, uncertainty, or just trying to feel like yourself again, you’re not alone. One day at a time. One small win at a time. And eventually, you’ll look back and realize how far you’ve come and start feeling like your bestself again🤍

Here’s to healing, patience, and appreciating all the ordinary things we sometimes take for granted 💐
