Attention Local Business Owners! Are you tired of the endless struggle to find the perfect fit for your team? We understand that the backbone of every successful business is its people. That's why we’ve created a new talent acquisition service that is a game-changer for local businesses like yours.
We operate a successful digital marketing agency that offers creative marketing & advertising solutions to help local businesses generate more traffic, leads, customers, and sales. However, after talking with several of our clients, we’ve learned that one of their biggest challenges right now is hiring talent to fill vacant positions.
So, we set out to solve this problem and in doing so we’ve created a new service, offering talent acquisition for local businesses.
We take care of writing, testing, and tweaking the job title and description. We will post your job posting 1-2 times per day (based on response rate) to local job boards. We will filter through the applicants and only deliver the most qualified applicants.
We do all of this for a flat fee based on the number of positions (not employees) that you want to fill. So, let’s say that you are a restaurant owner and need to hire 2-cooks, 1-dishwasher, and 3 servers. While you are looking to hire 6 new employees, this is only considered 3 positions.
Our fee structure is flat rate per position (not employee) and based upon the industry you are in. We do not charge success fees, percentage of annual employee income, or any other fees. We're here to make talent acquisition the easiest part of your business operation.
Don't let your business's potential wait another day! DM (https://me.me/wgilchrist), call (907-302-0117) or email ([email protected]) to start your journey toward effortless, successful hiring today!
