Requirements:

📍 BLS/CPR certified (for EMTs)
📍 Valid driver’s license (for EMTs)

We bridge the gap between Good Samaritans and clinical hospital care through our EMT standby services, phlebotomy programs, EMS education courses, and specialized medical supplies.

Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office and Operations Coordinator to keep our office running smoothly! This role combines administrative tasks, operational support, and facilities coordination. If you're an organized professional with great communication skills, we want you on our team! 💼

**This is a great position for someone who is looking to job share or needs flexibility in their work schedule. We are a family-friendly organization looking for the right fit! **

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day office operations, schedules, and logistics.
* Provide top-notch customer service to clients, staff, and visitors.
* Coordinate EMT standby services, phlebotomy, and EMS education courses.
* Assist with finance-related tasks and support in developing office workflows.
* Oversee office and facility maintenance to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Experience with basic accounting, vendor coordination, and facilities management is a plus!
