135 x 3 bench. Reps for volume while I build up for my next 1RM.

Stream schedule for this week! More storyline progression in Pokopia and on Thursday we are gonna be raising money for ! Gonna try and figure out multistreaming so we can hit two platforms at once this week but encoder things may prevail. Stay tuned!

Day 3 photo dump! I was so exhausted but we still showed up! Finals was WILD! The arena was so cool and it was really awesome to be a part of history by seeing the first arena finals like that! Peru put on such an amazing performance and they earned that win.
My heart is so full from having met and spent time with some of my favorite people from the community….. to think that this group came together because of a MOBA…..
