🚨 Flight Delay Notice 🚨
We’ve hit a bit of turbulence in the brewhouse.

Due to circumstances outside of our control, our glycol system unexpectedly went down this week. While we’ve been working hard to get everything back online, sourcing replacement parts has taken longer than anticipated. To ensure our brewery is operating normally at its best capacity, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone this week’s release of until further notice.

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our brewing team, who have put in countless extra hours this week navigating these unforeseen challenges and keeping operations moving and try to fix this issue. Their dedication, flexibility, and hard work during this disruption have been nothing short of incredible.

will now make its departure alongside an additional Fundamental Observation variant, giving us the time needed to get everything back to proper working condition.

As a small token of our gratitude for your patience and support, we’ve pulled a library keg of (2020) from the cellar for everyone to enjoy this weekend.

We know many of you were looking forward to this release, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding as we navigate this unexpected delay. We’ll continue to share updates as we learn more and work toward getting everything back to normal operations.

Slow Pour returns this Saturday 6/20 for their annual Father’s Day Show from 7PM–10PM.

To mark the occasion, we’re tapping , our collaboration Dark Italian Pilsner brewed with the band. A 4.4% ABV, crisp, easy-drinking lager balances toasted malt character with a clean, refreshing finish and perfect for enjoying while the band plays.

BOTTLE RELEASE: Bourbon Barrel-Aged Madagascar Vanilla Imperial Stout • 13.70% ABV • This year’s batch reexamines the relationship between bourbon barrel character and Madagascar vanilla with one of the most expressive vanilla profiles. Conditioned on 140 pounds of Madagascar vanilla beans and meticulously blended from carefully aged bourbon barrels, this year’s vintage opens with rich aromas of vanilla and oak before unfolding into layers of dark chocolate, bourbon sweetness, and warming baking spice. A medium-heavy body carries each observation smoothly to a lingering finish where vanilla and barrel character exist in perfect equilibrium.

Fundamental Observation remains our grand unified theory of stout.
