Happy Medal Monday. It took the full stubborn in me to pull this one out but I came home with that shiny coast to coast medal. Goal ✅

Happy launch day Runfitfab!!! Nothing like the tradition of dressing up in our Cinderella bounds, having our fall drink and the excitement of a new training program!!!! So excited to be jumping back into some structured movement.

Weekend adventures in Pittsburgh. A comedy show where my laugh got called a “deflating balloon” (IYKYK). A wonderful brunch a Pirates game where they won! Top golf, card games and lots of laughing. Thanks for the visit 😁

Back in 2017 I talked my sister into just one “crazy race weekend” we see how that’s working for us. 🤣🤣. Our first race weekend and first ever half vs my 32nd half and 8 princess weekends later (I can’t count 2021 when we were all home guys it just wasn’t the same)

I know this is supposed to be a post. But I just need to say how absolutely full my heart is today. I had a short but fun packed weekend. I got to see and talk to so many friends that live all over the country. I got to run some miles. And I got to see the magic of this place through my kiddos eyes. This weekend is definitely a core memory.

Last of the year. Cant wait to see what miles and memories 2025 has in store!

For my 30th! Half marathon we chose absolute JOY. I definitely had a PR in fun. I stopped for the most photos I’ve ever taken on course. I wasn’t even a little worried about not finding the finish line. My lungs cooperated. I found Lindsay towards the end and we got across the finish line together!! What an amazing weekend. It’s good to be back. 🤩

Miami night 1. We got a rain show! And new outfits galore- most notably the new Rep bodysuit! Florence as a guest and Florida in Florida. What an incredible night.
