How long does it take to get pre approved?
📌 Pre Approval process takes 24-72 hrs from once loan application is complete. Note 📝 this is NOT just a standard pre qual letter. This IS a conditional loan approval from the bank 🏦👏 this is a HUGE advantage as a buyer when submitting offers
📌 Your Pre Approval is valid for 4 months. If you haven’t found a home or closed escrow in that timeframe. That’s OK! You will just need to rerun credit & provide updated income & assets documents.
📌 Escrow is 15-30 days. My lender 🏦 can close your loan in 15 days but if the seller needs more time we can accommodate a longer escrow.

BREAKING NEWS 🚨 Even though the Federal Reserve didn't raise its benchmark rate Wednesday, the days of low rates are clearly numbered.
The Federal Reserve will begin trimming its monthly bond purchases in November with plans to end them in 2022, but held to its belief that high inflation would prove 'transitory' and likely not require a fast rise in interest rates. Interest Rates are projected to rise come 2022.
