My good friend Kevin Roznowski is leading a Milky Way workshop in Joshua Tree National Park in two weeks August 3 and 4th. This will be a good one not to miss, Kevin does a great job teaching the best ways to photograph the Milky Way.

I'm so thrilled that I was recently awarded the degree of "Master of Photography" by the Professional Photographers of America.

Spent last week in the Easter Sierra chasing the Milky Way. First post is the Lone Ranger area of Alabama Hills, outside Lone Pine, CA. This is a stack of 20 ten second exposures plus the rocks from just after sunset. Sony A7r3, Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 lens.
