Moringa, Árbol de Ben, Árbol de Vida!!!! - This morning’s Moringa harvest. It’s been about 3 years since I’ve begun my relationship with Moringa; growing, nurturing, and gifting it to those in need. It’s such a powerful gift to us here on earth and such an honor to now be harvesting and tending to it in my garden. Now, off to my herbal studies class to further my connection to plants and all the wisdom they hold. A’ho!

Wow, so grateful for everyone who came out for our Fall Equinox Gathering this Sunday past at I’m always surprised and grateful to be getting such opportunities to share my love of music, yoga, and creativity with others. Even though I worked lugging instruments packed in my truck, rushing to get there in time after a long day of work at my 9-5. I woke up feeling so light, refreshed, and with my heart full. It’s an honor to be able to hold space for others to relax, unwind, and essentially heal themselves as needed. Thank You again 💜
