Take Your Roasting Knowledge Further with the Roast Approach Experience!

We are excited to introduce our Roast Approach Experience, a hands-on educational format guiding roasters of all skill levels to better understand how coffee responds to different roast profiles.

Each Entry Pack includes three coffees, each roasted with three different profiles for a total of nine roasted samples. Paired with a guided tasting booklet, the experience is built to support thoughtful comparison and practical learning inside your roastery.

For this experience, we selected washed, natural, and honey processed coffees from the Adorsi Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. This format highlights how processing and roast development work together to shape florals, acidity, sweetness, and body.

The experience concludes with a live online session on Friday, January 9th to share observations and explore roast theory together.

Complete details and important dates are available on our website our through our link in bio.

We look forward to learning and sharing with you!

Fresh coffees from Ethiopia Nensebo washing station have arrived and are available! Almost a dozen other lots still on the water and should be available in August. For wholesale inquire please email us at [email protected].

"Nearly 850 smallholder family farmers surrounding the Werka village deliver freshly picked coffee to Testi’s Nensebo washing station in the Nensebo district, located in the West Arsi zone. Each farmer has an average of 2-5 hectares of certified organic coffee and typically will manage and pick their own coffee and immediately transport it to the Nensebo station. After cherries are floated in water as a quality check to remove “floaters”, they are spread over raised beds to dry. The coffee is constantly rotated on the beds to ensure even drying, and any under ripe cherries are picked out during the drying process. Drying time for this coffee is approximately 15-18 days depending on the weather."
