Confession... We’ve never been on the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage at Disneyland! We’ve always wanted to but the idea of being in a cramped space for the duration of the experience is not appealing so we were pretty excited to find out about this alternative. Check out the video for details!!

The new update of the Disneyland app just added something to make planning your days a little calmer. Instead of having to search for rides individually, the new Disneyland app update let’s you toggle on just genie+ and lightening lane rides putting them all in one place which makes it so much quicker and easier to choose your next experience. Here’s where to find it in the app! (If it’s not showing up for you make sure you’ve downloaded the latest update of the app!)
When we first walked into this hidden spot we were in awe!! Not only it is beautiful and rarely crowded but it also has a fun interactive experience to enjoy while you relax away from the crowds!
Fireworks are one of our favorite experiences at Disneyland but watching them can prove to be tough for family members with anxiety who get overwhelmed in crowds. Here’s our tip for our go-to spot that leaves us feeling a little calmer without sacrificing a great view of the fireworks (the video really doesn’t do the view justice!!). Make sure to watch to the end for our tip on how to find the right spot early!

Did you know that after you’ve registered for DAS you can book up to 2 one-hour return windows PER DAY of your upcoming trip for select experiences? Doing a little research before your registration call and being prepared with your park dates, which park you’ll be starting in, and what rides you’d like to request can reduce the stress of having to make a quick decision.

For years we’ve tried to find our sweet spot at Disneyland for a week that has a high chance of great weather (not too hot and has a low chance of rain) and fewer people so crowds don’t get overwhelming. Here’s our pick for our favorite week to visit!
(side note: the reason two weeks are mentioned in the video is our choice is dependent on when the Christmas season starts. If you go the week before, you risk no parades or fireworks and It’s a Small World - a priority for us - being shut down)
