A year ago around this time, I decided to push myself to lose at least 20-25 pounds (it was a New Year’s resolution). I can officially say for the year of 2024 I reached over my goal, and lost 32 pounds! It took a ton of motivation and consistency, but I feel so much better. This year went by so fast, and I’m excited for my New Year’s resolution for the year of 2025.
