I follow a lot of artists. Like my whole Facebook and tik tok are flooded with artists painting and creating. I watch a lot of them that just step to the canvas and paint whatever they want with no idea if this work is gonna sale and they don’t seem to care they are just in the moment. About two months ago I decided to trust and secured me a booth at the purple iris (opening soon in tupelo) and decided to take a step and just start painting whatever I feel like painting each day. And these days with my easel in front of me have made my heart smile so big. Im painting things and creating art like I haven’t painted before. Yes im still painting some orders along the way cause you know money lol. I’ve been talking to God a lot about am I going in the right direction, am I crazy, am I gonna be the only ones that like the craziness? Well the girls were asking me some of my canvas ideas. One was an ice cream cone with a goldfish on top. I know …I’m
Crazy. Just really wanted to paint one. Got it finished. Showed it to chip. He ask what inspired me to paint it. I told him no clue I just have had it in my mind to paint it. He just smiled. I haven’t been posting my new work, wanted to save it for the purple Iris opening. I decided just this one to post to see what kind of response I would get. Quickly after posting it I got a message and it sold. A girls friend owns and ice cream shop and is opening an aquatic pets store. She said it was the first thing she saw when she opened Facebook!! What an amazing God wink that was!! I am so thankful for a hubby that is supporting me as I go on this new venture… and a God who constantly shows he is listening. Stay tuned!! I can’t wait for you to see it all!!

What’s on the easel?? Most days my family comes in and after I give them a free flower tour 🤣🤣🤣 then I show them what’s on the easel that day. Some days my paintings are normal, some days they are like this…🤣🤣 Isn’t he fun! Don’t care if he sells cause he made my heart smile. ❤️
