📣 Opportunity for Individuals with Lived Experience of Homelessness

The Massachusetts Housing & Shelter Alliance (MHSA) is now accepting applications for its new Lived Experience Fellowship!

MHSA is seeking individuals who have experienced homelessness and want to use their knowledge, perspective, and passion to help shape solutions that end homelessness. Fellows will work alongside MHSA staff as advocates and advisors, helping ensure that policies and programs are informed by the voices of those most impacted.

✅ Open to people with lived experience of homelessness
✅ Opportunity to build advocacy and leadership skills
✅ Help influence meaningful change across Massachusetts

We recently launched a new food pantry program to support families during some of their most challenging moments.

After meeting with our caseworkers for housing or job search appointments, participants are invited to stop by our pantry table and pick up a few essentials for their families before they leave. For the past three weeks, this simple addition has made a meaningful difference. Families have expressed gratitude for being able to bring home basic staples when budgets are stretched thin.

The need, however, is growing quickly. Our pantry table is now nearly bare.

Would you consider lending a helping hand?

This week, as you do your grocery shopping, please consider picking up one or more of these much-needed items:

• Peanut butter
• Spaghetti sauce
• Pasta

Every donation, no matter the size, helps a family put food on the table.

Donations may be dropped off Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at:
