My passion is showing people that you can look and feel incredible, without giving up the foods you love. Iโm launching a new project: HelloStrengthSeniors โ a weekly live mobility class designed to help older adults get moving, improve their mobility and provide an approach entry point to movement.

YES, protein is so important and often the thing that my clients (and self) have to proactively work on including enough of in their diets.โฃ

HOWEVER, there is no reason to feel guilty or stress about a low protein meal here or there.โฃ

For all metrics of health, fitness & nutrition โ look at them from a zoomed out perspective. โฃ
โฃ
Do you usually get enough protein in your day/week/diet overall?โฃ

If so, great! Then enough a low protein meal here and there.โฃ

If not, actively work on including a high protein ingredient in at least 2 meals a day.โฃ
