Last week, Fulcrum President Daryl Luter traveled to Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., to meet with members of the New Hampshire and Vermont congressional delegations.
Discussions focused on some of the most important issues facing our industry and communities, including workforce development, housing, and the critical role construction plays in supporting economic growth.
These conversations help ensure contractors, employers, and communities have a voice in policies that affect our workforce, housing opportunities, and future investment.
Thank you to the New Hampshire and Vermont congressional delegations for taking the time to engage in these important discussions.

A look back at the Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2026 graduation held at LaBelle Winery.
Over the past year, Fulcrum President Daryl Luter joined fellow leaders from across the state as part of the Leadership New Hampshire program, building relationships, exploring the opportunities and challenges facing New Hampshire, and learning from a diverse group of professionals and community leaders.

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, it’s an important reminder that mental health matters year-round.
In an industry like construction, long days, tight schedules, and constant problem solving can take a toll. That’s why it’s important to take care of yourself and look out for those around you.
At Fulcrum, we appreciate the hard work and dedication our teams bring every day. A simple check-in, taking a break, or asking for support when needed can make a difference. Take care of yourselves and each other.
