This is James. James just spent the day here breaking down a whole pasture raised cow from Hadley for us. The cow’s name was Moodrid. Thanks James. Thanks Moodrid.

First try fresh pasta Friday was kind of a big deal. Like, we can pretend that it’s not a big deal, but we both know it kinda is. Fresh pasta, rustic veggie ragu, fresh green chourico striaght from the smoker to the plate.
